The Safety Lift Solutions lifting system has enabled Field Mining Services Group to be the first to market as a fully integrated service provider with their own jacks.

Our Equipment

Safety Lift Solutions offers a full range of jacking equipment and specialised tooling to meet the needs of our clients across Australia. Our Product and Engineering team are committed to expanding our offerings and finding solutions to complete shutdowns in a safer, more efficient manner. Our equipment is manufactured, engineered and designed in house.

The PLC controlled hydraulic lifting system features multiple safety advantages and a new designed locking mechanism.

The Safety Lift Solutions lifting system has been designed to allow for slew bearing change outs, track frame removal and undercarriage maintenance, this coupled with the automation of track slides and bearing removal system helps us stay ahead of our competitors.

Advantages include:

  • Remote Control DPHU (Diesel Powered Hydraulic Unit) to control:
    • Shovel or excavator air-con system
    • Shovel or excavator grease system
    • Shovel or excavator slew system (for car body
      alignment)
  • Lift the attachment of an out of service machine
  • Pressurise the parking brake system for dump
  • Trucks and tracked machines (for the towing of
    broken down machines)
  • Control boom, stick and crowd movement for excavator or shovel bucket changes
  • Laser survey and machining capabilities for all aspects of surface reclamation
  • Component supply with quality aftermarket options for most components

2 x sets of 1200t jacks available for major excavator and shovel shutdowns. The jacks are used when the scope of work includes slew bearing change outs, track frame removal and undercarriage changeouts.

Fully engineered and designed in house. This jig is modular, so can be adapted for use on several different ultra-class machines including a Hitachi EX5600 excavator.

Electric Shovel Hydraulic Drive System, to remove and install carbody/truck frame from under a machine when de-decked. The motivator reduces the duration and risk of moving the AC powered carbody/truck frame typically moved with a large bulldozer, especially for the finer adjustments required to align the centre pin with the bore when reassembling.

Suitable for skidding loads of up to 400t, the system brings your electric rope shovel maintenance outage to the next level in terms of safety and reliability. It removes the need for dozer vehicles and allows sideframe removal to be completed alongside other work fronts.

Load roller replacement stands are an easy solution to replacing load rollers on mining class hydraulic excavators, offering improved safety and reduced machine downtime. Two sets of roller stands can be used together, allowing all load rollers to be replaced simultaneously.

Used to remove drive tumblers from Hitachi excavators and shovels.

The greasing unit is used to purge and test grease systems while the asset is isolated.

The Low Height Skidding System features a modular design suitable for the controlled movement of heavy loads along a pre-constructed track. It comprises a set of skid beams, propelled by hydraulic push-pull units, which traverse specialised PTFE-coated pads to minimise friction. This system demonstrates a robust capacity, supporting a total load of up to 400 tons, with a pushing capability of 25 tons.
